Food Feedback: In defense of meat and veggies
While I applaud the certified “green” Cafe Phipps’ efforts to be environmentally aware by supporting local farms, I feel that their motive behind “Meatless Mondays” (“Less Meat at Phipps,” Food & Flavor, July 29) unfairly demonizes the consumption of meat.
